Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at contact@saccharine.ca within 5 days of receiving your item. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.

Please note the following:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return or refund.

• Earrings and custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and design reasons.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection and may take a few business days to appear in your account.
